Terms and condition

Delivery:

The order is delivered throughout Tbilisi within two business days.

You can receive the online purchase at our showroom too. While receiving the purchase at showroom you must represent the payment receipt and  ID card. Purchase for pick up will be ready in 2 business days.

Together with products all necessary documentation is provided including bill of lading and warranty talons. Delivery time of products is 3 days.

Customer have to represent to delivery service ID Card and sign bill of lading. This means customer accepts delivery.

Please note that all heavy products and materials will be delivered at your address without lifting them to the door.

Delivery to every part of Tbilisi is free of charge in case of purchase sum is more than 500 gel, and weight is less than 100 kg.

Delivery to every part of Tbilisi cost 55  gel in case of purchase sum is less than 500 gel and weight is between 0-100 kg .

Delivery to every part of Tbilisi cost 75  gel in case of purchase sum is less than 500 gel and weight is between 101-200 kg. 

Delivery to every part of Tbilisi cost 90  gel in case  the weight is between 201-300 kg  .

Delivery to other regions will be added soon.

Transportation to other locations in Georgia and Armenia:

Products return / replacement terms:

Return or replace of purchased products are allowed within 15 calendar days. Products have to be "eligible for refund”. In case of return or replace you can contact to our call center by phone +995-585-88-92-29. You have to provide the returned products identification data, order number, order date and reason for return. Also upload a photo of the products and a photo of the payment document and send this document to info@leomartrading.ge.

If there is any suspicious change in the product and its accompanying parts / documents, the Company has the right to doubt their authenticity and therefore suspend the product return procedure until investigation and diagnostic work, which may take no more than 5 business days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnostics, the Company is entitled to continue or cancel the procedure of returning / replacing the products.

Returning / replacing of products have to be accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents which were given during purchasing (payment receipt, warranty talon).

There are no exchange / return of discounted products.


Return of products are possible in such cases:

The product does not comply with the order or technical descriptions on the Website;
The product has factory defects;
The product are damaged during transportation;
The agreed delivery time has been breached by the company more than 2 days.

The products could be replaced according to  these terms in case of:

The factory packaging of the product is not damaged notably
The product does not comply with the order or technical specifications on the website;
The product has factory defects;
The product is damaged during transportation.

Compensations rules:

In case of return products, Company undertakes the obligation to compensate the amount paid by you:

100% if:

The factory packaging of the product is not damaged notably and is accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents given  at the time of purchase (in particular the payment document, warranty talon, etc.)

The product has a factory defect or the product does not comply with the ordering and / or technical description on the website

The product is damaged during delivery and is accompanied by all parts and documents given during purchase (payment document, warranty talon, etc.).


Procedure for reimbursement of transportation services:

The Company reimburses the cost of delivery services upon return / replacement by the Customer if:

The products does not comply the technical description of the ordering and / or website;

The products has factory defects;

The products are damaged during transportation. To do this, it is necessary to inspect defective product as soon as it is delivered and immediately inform courier and info center regarding this. otherwise damage will not be confirmed during delivery;

The agreed delivery time has been breached by the Company more than 2 days.


In all other cases, the cost of the delivery service shall be reimbursed by the customer.

Reimbursement of other expenses  

Products return / replacement procedure:

If the return is initiated immediately during  delivery by the customer, the case is reported by the customer to the Information Center and the delivery service representative is given permission to return back the product;

In other cases, the customer can request the returning of the product within 5 calendar days after receiving the product.


In case of a product defect subject to warranty, the consumer must comply with the relevant warranty condition.

Time of  changing  products:

In case request about replace of the products is confirmed, Company  will deliver identical products within 5 business days.

In case products are out of stock, Company refund paid amount within three business days.

If customer need to change the damaged/defected product with the similar one, which are out of stock we have to refund the amount in the same way as he/she paid:

Wire transfer - by wire transfer (in 3 working days),
